We ship all over the world and we take great care in packing and shipping our products. Every item will be carefully packaged and shipped with recorded delivery. As soon as you have placed your order you will be given the track and trace codes so you can track the delivery.

Please note that the shipping time can vary depending on holidays and the customs at your country. And any import fee’s are held accountable for the customer (at own risk).

Merchandise ordered on www.yourbronze.com may be returned for reasonable cause within 14 days of purchase.
All returned item(s) must be in “as-new” condition free from any damage whatsoever. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will then refund you with the full purchase price.
Please note: www.yourbronze.com will not be liable for shipping and packaging charges pertaining to the return of goods. These are the full responsibility of the purchaser.
It is possible to exchange an article purchased via the website of www.yourbronze.com provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.
In the event that your replacement item has a higher value that the original purchase we will charge you for the difference in price. On the other hand we will refund the difference in cost if your replacement order is cheaper than the original item.
Please note: Shipping and packaging charges pertaining to the return of items ordered from www.yourbronze.com are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased from www.yourbronze.com is only possible under the following conditions:
- That you are able to provide proof of purchase from www.yourbronze.com
- That the item is undamaged and in “as-new” condition.
- That you give us notice within 14 days of receipt of order your intention to return or exchange the merchandise.
Exchange or return of merchandise will not be possible if the above conditions are not adhered to. Ownership of the merchandise will then remain by the purchaser.
To avoid damage to merchandise during shipping we strongly advise the purchaser to ensure that the goods are packaged in an adequate manner. www.yourbronze.com will not be held responsible for product damage that occurs during transit of returned items.
Returned merchandise will be thoroughly checked by us on return. Repayment or restitution of funds will take effect within 5 days after receipt of goods providing items comply with our quality control measures. The funds will be booked to the same bank account that was used for the original purchase.
Damage or non delivery of order
